We welcome you to the official website of the Public Enterprise Monitoring Commission (PEMC). This website aims to inform and educate visitors on the role and function of the PEMC while also serving as a central hub for public information relating to Public Enterprises in the Republic of Seychelles. A total of 30 Public Enterprises exist within Seychelles, operating in diverse sectors in the economy with the main purpose of serving the people of Seychelles.
Through this website, we aim to promote transparency, accountability, and good governance by providing stakeholders with accessible, up-to-date information on the performance, organisation, and oversight of PEs.

State-Owned Enterprises Centralized Information Management & Monitoring System
- This system is a centralized, integrated digital platform designed to consolidate data and performance information from multiple State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs)
- Its objective is to improve transparency, oversight, coordination and real-time monitoring of SOEs operations across sectors
- By bringing together disparate data sources under one system, PEMC aims to present evidence and promote accountability.
